Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, then take 7 to 15 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of being placed. Delivery can take a little longer around holidays and during busy carrier periods.

Where your order ships from

Our pieces ship directly from our fulfilment partners overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than from a local store. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at support@shoproamelle.com and we'll look into it.
