Shipping policy

Every Roamelle piece is made to order and shipped from our overseas production partners, which lets us keep our prices honest and our range considered rather than mass-produced. Here's exactly what to expect.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks to arrive. Delivery windows can vary a little with customs and carrier volume, especially around holidays. We'll always be upfront with you rather than promise times we can't keep.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us and we'll sort it out.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay. All prices on our store are in CAD.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Canada. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient where they apply.
