Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags still attached.

How to start a return

Email support@shoproamelle.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping where needed.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on final-sale items or anything marked non-returnable at checkout.
